We want you to love your Abbott Lyon pieces, so we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or engraved items are non-returnable as they are custom-made specifically for you.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Abbott Lyon packaging and ensure they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
